Karin Dreijer of Sweden´s electronica duo The Knife has a solo album in the works, due for release in early 2009, under the pseudonym Fever Ray. And if you can believe it her solo stuff promises to be even darker and moody than Silent Shout was. Not particularly my cup of tea, but it´s got a certain Lynchian vibe to it, and also Laurie Anderson (who Karin has mentioned as an inspiration) springs to mind. Judge thy self.
